Calipso Holiday Apartment is a splendid multi-storey villa of about 150 square meters with large balconies, an overhanging terrace and an outdoor garden with a comfortable table for evenings with friends. The villa is comfortable for 10 guests divided into five rooms with double, single and various types of beds. In the TV lounge there is a sofa with single armchairs. We are in Via Cardi snc (Piazzale S. Laura, 31 - gps coordinates 41.261860, 13.434305) a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 500 meters we find the La Lanterna bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturdays and entertainment venues such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias. .

Entering the house we find a pleasant and functional sitting room followed by a large and comfortable kitchen, which includes a huge dining table that can be extended to suit the guests in the house. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. A French door leads from the kitchen to the garden area where it will be pleasant to have a drink with friends or relax in the sun on a comfortable sunbed. On the kitchen floor there is a large service bathroom.

Going up one floor we arrive at the first sleeping area a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a very pleasant bedroom for 2 boys. On this level we find a further full bathroom.Going up a further level we find a bedroom complete with everything and with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double From this room, going out onto the terrace, the view is wonderful. From the entrance / kitchen floor it is possible to go down one level and find a further bathroom with a large sleeping area. A double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a play corner make the environment warm and familiar. The rooms are large enough to insert a cot.

Villa Calipso is equipped with radiators for the winter and free air conditioning for the hottest days of summer. The outdoor garden is very convenient for children's games, to enjoy relaxation before and after the sea and for dinners with grilled meat or fish in company.Only one parking space is included but right in front of the house there is a large municipal parking. This Villa, like all our houses, has a bathing establishment included in the price and within walking distance.

They are not necessary but the house has fixed or movable mosquito nets

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca 13.300 km at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga.Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents You will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys of the same. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended reach the house directly. We will try to satisfy your every requirement from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Extra charges

Final cleaning and general consumption as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms are included in the price. For periods longer than 7 nights a weekly linen change will be made.

The beach service is included at the La Lanterna bathing establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 director's chair.The plant is centrally located in the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from approximately 1 April to approximately 15 October.

The house included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from about 1/05 to about 30/10. In other periods the parking is municipal which is subject to payment in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga, has come into force to improve the reception of tourists.This amount is € 2 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Extra time check-in:

We ask for an extra € 30.00 for late check-in from 20.00 onwards.

House Rules

The offices are open from 10 am and after having done the registration and the balance it is possible to take advantage of services such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 15 to 20 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra € 30.00 for check-in out of hours from 20.00 onwards.

Check-out is expected by 10:00 and on that day day does not include any services

Our House is well cared for and We would like Ours guests loved her alike. Prayer is not to be annoying noises in full respect of nearby people and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes harm, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. Credit or prepaid card is required at check-in on which a deposit of 200 € is pre-authorized for any damage. If not yes has a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in.It will come fully refunded after final cleaning after check-out.

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20 per animal per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 per animal depending on the related extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

A tour in the surroundings

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against the pirates who raged on the sea.Beyond a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that young and old are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and shops of all kinds. . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio found in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga.Beautiful is also Torre Truglia which overlooks the sea and dominates the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away there are many villages and historical locations to get to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and Cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car, enter Sperlonga from the side towards Terracina. A few meters from the roundabout that takes you to leave the SS Flacca state road, continue on the Cristoforo Colombo to find you on Via Aubiere. At the end, turn left and you will find yourself in Via Valle.At the end of the street, turn around Piazza Santa Laura and you will find yourself in front of Casa Calipso. For those arriving by train, the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is well served by taxis and buses to our town. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at a comfortable distance from Sperlonga.
