Description 

Holiday Apartment Maresol 6 is a seaside villa with Caribbean features. Leaving the gate of the driveway you are on the beach with a sea in front which is one of the most beautiful and cleanest of the whole coast. We are in Via Salette n. 65 where a pedestrian gate leads to the house on the sea. The house is over 50 square meters interior with large outdoor area and garden. A patio overlooking the sea and a pleasant garden make the location wonderful. The afternoon hours in the garden, on the beach or under the patio are pleasant in any season for a good book or a chat with friends or simply relax with a good tea and maybe a good book.We are about a kilometer from the town and a convenient pedestrian and cycle path makes it pleasant to go to the village for evening outings and for daily shopping. There is a reserved umbrella at the La Nave beach club which can be reached via direct access from the condominium driveway to the sea. The location of the house is perfect for those who want a full-immersion in tranquility at the sea a bit far from the fun and noise of the more touristic center of Sperlonga. In the village we find the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as a children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias. 

After having parked the car in a private and free parking, we head home through the dedicated driveway.The outdoor space of the house is huge and very pleasant with a real dip in the greenery. Entering from the front door of the house you are in a hallway that leads to a bathroom complete with shower and every accessory, leads to the master bedroom complete with wardrobes and accessories and leads to the room used as a dining area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is open to the American style and also includes a dining table. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. In the dining area there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house is comfortable for max 4 guests. Leaving the front door of the house you are facing an unrivaled sea view and with a beautiful garden. There is also a children's play corner and LCD TV.Casa Maresol 6 is very pleasant and equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is free. The house is very cool and breezy and generally not necessary. 

They are not necessary but the house has fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Interaction with Guests 

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to go directly to the house.Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the keys. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Extra charges 

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathroom and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days weekly linen change is included in the price. 

Beach service at the La Nave bathing establishment is included, which is the most elegant and functional Sperlonga offers. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The factory is in Via Salette at no. 24 and is attached to the descent to the sea of the house. A few steps and you are under your own exclusive umbrella. The service is active from 1st April to 31st September approximately.

Sperlonga City Tax 

I would like to remind guests that throughout the whole of Sperlonga the visitor's tax paid in full to the Municipality of Sperlonga has entered into force to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. 

Extra-hour check-in: 

Check-in is free between 15:00 and 20:00. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of € 30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate: 

- arrival time in Sperlonga, 

- specific requests 

- Inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized! 

- We can organize private transportation to and from the airport 

We are able to satisfy the following requests if you need them: 

- extra cleaning during the stay 

- washing and ironing 

- baby cot 

- babysitter 

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and entrance tickets forthe main attractions 

- boat excursions both under the coast and on the Pontine islands with our company I Love Charter 

House Rules 

The check-in time is fixed from 15 to 20 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. We ask for an extra € 30.00 for late check-in from 20.00 onwards. 

Check-out is expected by 10:00. 

Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way.The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house. 

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but a credit card data will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out. 

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 per animal depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

A tour in the surroundings 

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the whole province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates raging on the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the symbol of the Blue Flag and a beach with fine sand that young and old are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere promenade which is wonderful.Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio found in the 1960s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also very beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many villages and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much more.

How to get home 

For those arriving by car you do not have to enter Sperlonga but you have to go to the sea area called Salette. From the Flacca state road you will notice a sports facility with attached football fields and a very large tensile structure. Walk along them and you will arrive right in front of the path that leads to the house. For those arriving by train, the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. The ideal stop for those arriving by bus is the one at the "Sports Field". For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at a comfortable distance from Sperlonga.
