Holiday Apartment Omero is a fabulous villa of approximately 150 m2 with large balconies and a terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortable for 10 guests divided into four rooms with double and single beds of various types. In the TV lounge there is a comfortable sofa. We are in Via Omero snc, a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and about 600 meters away we find the Lido La Nave bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturdays. And then a thousand other entertainment places such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more.

Entering the house we find a pleasant and functional kitchen complete with every accessory, including the dishwasher. It is large and comfortable, includes a huge dining table, a comfortable sofa and a generous 42-inch LCD TV. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, crockery, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. From the kitchen you can access the garden area via a beautiful French window where it will be pleasant to have a drink with friends or relax in the sun on a comfortable lounger. On the kitchen floor we find a large bathroom complete with shower cubicle.

Going up one floor we arrive at the first sleeping area. We find a double bedroom with king size bed and large wardrobe, with balcony and window and a very pleasant bedroom for 2 boys also with windows.On this level we find a further bathroom complete with shower. Going up a further level we find a double bedroom complete with everything and a king size bed. From this room, going out onto the terrace the view is wonderful. From the entrance/kitchen floor it is possible to go down one level and find a further bathroom with a large sleeping area. A double bed, 2 beds, a games corner and a pleasant LCD TV make the environment warm and familiar. The bathroom is complete with sink, shower with tub, bidet but there is no toilet. This part of the house has a further independent entrance. All the rooms and areas are very large and a cot can easily be inserted.

Villa Omero is very recent from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture.All rooms in the house are equipped with radiators for the winter periods and air conditioning for the summer, use of which is free. The outdoor garden is very convenient for children to play, to enjoy relaxation before and after the sea and to comfortably accommodate two cars.

They are not necessary but the house is supplied with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13,300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys.For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to go directly to the house. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This house is suitable for self check-in, the method of which will be agreed upon later depending on your needs.

For each booking we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise "Sperlonga" or "Gaeta" or "San Felice Circeo" for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Seats on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Extra charges

Final cleaning and general consumption as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms are included in the price. For periods longer than 7 nights, weekly linen change is included.

Beach service at the Lido La Nave bathing establishment is included, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families and groups of friends. Here they will be at your disposal free of charge.1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The factory is central in the town and is in Via Salette n.24. The service is active from approximately April 1st to approximately October 15th.

The house has internal parking spaces.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga is in force to improve the welcome of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at check-in.

· Check-in after hours: Check-in is free from 3pm to 8pm. After these times a supplement for the extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

· A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organised!

- we can organize private transport to and from the airport

· We are able to satisfy the following requests if you need them: - extra cleaning during your stay

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and entrance tickets to attractionsmain

House Rules

The offices are open from 10am and after registering and paying the balance you can immediately use the services such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 8.00 pm onwards.

Check-out is expected by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day

Our house is very well looked after and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit of €200 for any damages is pre-authorised. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded following the final cleaning after check-out.

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of €20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of €100.00 depending on the relevant extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

However, we warn you that there are no beaches that allow animals into Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to provide a defensive system against the pirates who raged on the sea.Beyond a clear and clean sea that has been awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a beach with fine sand that both adults and children are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisans' shops and shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good drink in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere promenade which is wonderful. Be careful, you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberius where important marble finds recovered from the adjacent Cave of Tiberius discovered in the 1960s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga.Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to get to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and Cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.

How to reach the house

For those arriving by car you must enter Sperlonga from the side towards Terracina. A few meters from the roundabout that takes you to leave the SS Flacca state road, turn immediately left and you will find yourself in Via Omero. The 2nd villa on the left is Our Homer. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi/Sperlonga.The station is widely served by taxis and buses to our country. For those arriving by plane there is no advice to give as all are at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
