Description 

Holiday Apartment Villa Nikita is on the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of Sperlonga where sea and nature are uncontaminated. You can enjoy in total relaxation the magic that a holiday almost on the beach can give you. The Villino has a large private space outside the house with a patio where adults and children can appreciate all hours of the day in total privacy. 

We are in Via Salette a few meters from the beach, practically with the sand that almost reaches the entrance gate of the Nikita villa. At 150m the La Nave factory is the best Sperlonga can offer you in this area in terms of service, fun, evening shows.An umbrella + 2 sunbeds are booked and included in the house rental fee. At all hours of your days at the beach, facilities and accessories and a clear sea are always available. 

Entering by car (max 2) from the large gate you can park in the private space of the house in an exclusive area closed to third parties. There is also plenty of space for games for the little ones that can be left free as the space is completely delimited. A large patio is functional to enjoy fresh during the daily hours on the many occasions in the company of friends. 

Entering the house we are immediately in a large living room with American kitchen space. Here we find every useful accessory for your banquets and a comfortable table suitable for up to 8 people is available to guests.In the kitchen there are pots, dishes, plates and glasses, oven, refrigerator, etc. The natural wood furniture gives a pleasant rustic tone to the environment. In support of the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed useful for enjoying TV and for the night. 

Following there is a comfortable and spacious bathroom complete with shower. There is also a second bathroom located outside complete with shower. The interior of the cottage is completed by 2 comfortable double bedrooms furnished and complete with wardrobes and accessories. The whole is very nice and spacious. 

The rooms of Villa Nikita are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. Use of air conditioning is free of charge. The LCD TV supplied is one. The maximum number of people that the house can accommodate is 6.There is also a play corner for the little ones at home. 

They are not necessary but the house has fixed or mobile mosquito nets. 

Guest Access 

Holiday Apartment Villa Nikita is rented whole, as well as photos. 

Guests will have full access to the entire house with outdoor patio and all its services which include:

Interaction with Guests 

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13.300 at the Sperlonga Nautical Charter. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to go directly to the house. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents you will be given the keys. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Extra charges 

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathroom and bedrooms.For periods longer than 7 days weekly linen change is included in the price. 

Beach service at the La Nave bathing establishment is included which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The establishment is comfortable and unsurpassed in services, very easy to reach on foot. The service runs from 1st June to 1st September. 

The house has internal parking spaces at the house. 

Sperlonga City Tax 

I would like to remind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga has entered into force to improve the reception of tourists.This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. 

Extra-hour check-in: 

Check-in is free between 15:00 and 20:00. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of € 30.00 will be applied.

A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate: 

- arrival time in Sperlonga, 

- specific requests 

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and tips on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized! 

- possibility of private transport to and from airport 

We are able to satisfy the following requests should you need them: 

- extra cleaning during the stay 

- washing and ironing 

- baby cot 

- babysitter 

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and ticketsentrance to the main attractions 

- boat excursions both under the coast and on the Pontine islands with our company I Love Charter 

House Rules 

The check-in time is fixed from 15 to 20 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. We ask for an extra € 30.00 for late check-in from 20.00 onwards. 

Check-out is expected by 10:00. 

Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way.The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house. 

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but a credit card data will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out. 

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. 

However, we advise you that there are no beaches that allow animals to enter Sperlonga.

A tour in the surroundings 

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the whole province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates raging on the sea. Besides a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the symbol of the Blue Flag and a beach with sand that young and old can use, it is characterized by a historic center formed by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere promenade, attention you may fall in love even more.Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Tiberius Cave where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio found in the 60s are on display. Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also very beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many villages and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much more.

How to get home 

For those arriving by car you should not enter Sperlonga center but enter the Salette area from the sports area of Sperlonga. From the Flacca state road you will notice a sports complex with tensile structure, soccer field and grandstands. From here, walk 200 meters towards the sea and you have arrived. Follow the directions for Salette Beach Club. For those arriving by train, the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. The ideal stop for those arriving by bus is the one at the "Sports Field". For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at a comfortable distance from Sperlonga.
