The accommodation:

The Nibbio 30 Holiday Home takes its name from the historic street in front. This loft of approximately 40 square meters has just been renovated. One of its strong points is its central location, which allows you to easily reach the attractions, bars and restaurants of the coastal area of Sperlonga. The exact address is Via Roma, n. 630. The Lido Belvedere bathing establishment, included in the price of the stay, is located about 400 meters away. At your disposal you will always find an umbrella and two sunbeds for your days at the seaside.

At the entrance to this holiday home you will be greeted by a large and pleasant environment furnished with care. To the left you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, with a table in front.In the same room there is also a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, including plates, glasses, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Continuing, you will find a double bed, wardrobe and accessories, as well as a bathroom with shower. The house can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter. Furthermore, there is a play area for the little ones.

Guest Access

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13,300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the apartment where you will find the keys. For those arriving by bus or taxi it is recommended to go directly to the house. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.This house is suitable for self check-in, the method of which will be agreed upon later depending on your needs.

SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

For each booking we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise "Sperlonga" or "San Felice Circeo" for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free ticket in the other time slots. Seats on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. The mini-cruise will be with slow and pleasant navigation in the preferred area. Other Things to Highlight

Extra charges

Final cleaning and general consumption as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms are included in the price. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Beach service at the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment is included, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here they will be at your disposal free of charge. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The factory is central in the town and is in Str.Corner, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from approximately April 1st to approximately October 15th.

The house includes in the price 1 parking space in a private car park located in Via della Vite n.100 in the period from approximately 1/05 to approximately 30/10. In other periods the parking is municipal and is subject to a fee in some particular periods.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga is in force to improve the welcome of tourists. This amount is €2.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and for the entire period of stay. It must be paid in cash at check-in.

Check-in after hours

Check-in is free from 3pm to 8pm. After these times a supplement for the extra check-in of €30.00 will be applied.

A few days before arrival, in order to best organize our meeting, please communicate:

- arrival time in Sperlonga,

- specific requests

- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organised!

- possibility of private transport to and from the airport

We are able to satisfy the following requests if you need them:

House Rules

The offices are open from 10am and after registering and paying the balance you can immediately use the services such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 8.00 pm onwards.

Check-out is expected by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day

Our house is very well looked after and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit of €200 for any damages is pre-authorised. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded following the final cleaning after check-out.

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if they are small and authorized. An extra contribution of €20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of €100.00 depending on the relevant extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

However, we warn you that there are no beaches that allow animals into Sperlonga.

A tour around the area

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages in the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to provide a defensive system against the pirates who raged on the sea.In addition to a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach that adults and children can enjoy, it is characterized by a historic center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisans' shops and shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere promenade, be careful, you might fall in love with it even more. Not far away, about 1 km away, we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberius where important marble finds recovered from the adjacent Villa of Tiberius discovered in the 1960s are on display. Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga.Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and dominating the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many towns and historical locations to get to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and Cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much, much more.
