Holiday Apartment Kair Two-room Apartment 217 is ideal for comfortably accommodating 4 people. It is a panoramic, bright apartment with large perimeter balconies. It is very central in the context of the Residence and everything is easily accessible.

Upon entering the house we find a hallway that takes us into the living room of the house. On the left we find the kitchenette, very functional and complete with everything you need: crockery, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window overlooking the perimeter balcony fills the entire room with light. The living room is equipped with a sofa which offers two single beds when opened, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom. The washing machine is not physically present in the house but is available to all guests within the residence.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with window and balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and chests of drawers are tasteful and very functional. The double bed is king size and the room can accommodate a cot if necessary.

The house is fresh and ventilated and is also equipped with air conditioning.

The tennis courts, the five-a-side football pitch, a huge panoramic swimming pool for adults and children with lifeguard service, solarium, active from 01/06 to 27/09, the shuttle service to reach the town center active from 01/06 to 27 /09, everything is available. The beach establishments active from 01/05 to 30/09, chosen on the Levante beach a few steps from the Cave of Tiberius, are also included in the price. The all-inclusive option leaves the guest with the sole obligation of having fun and relaxing by the pool or on the beach in the company of a good book or with friends.

Beach service at the Lido Costa Kair ed Din bathing establishment is included, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here they will be at your disposal free of charge. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds and it will be possible to reach it by car in a couple of minutes where you will have 1 parking space available at the beach establishment included in the price.

At a well-stocked minimarket of the Residence (9-11.30am/3.30pm-7.30pm) it is also possible to purchase basic necessities such as bread, fresh milk, raw materials and packaged foods without necessarily reaching the center of Sperlonga, the mini -market is open from 26/06 to 03/09 available to guests for every type of need. Each apartment has an assigned parking space near the accommodation.

Services and comfort also in safety: the price includes the cost of insurance valid for all guests of the residence for the entire duration of the stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and all its amenities which include:

Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13,300 at the Charter Nautico Sperlonga. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of documents, you will be given directions to reach the Residence where you will be given behavioral information and keys to the apartment. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Other Things to Highlight

Final cleaning and general consumption as well as linen for both bathrooms and bedrooms are included in the price. For periods longer than 7 days, a weekly linen change is included in the price.

Sperlonga City Tax

We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga is in force to improve the welcome of tourists. This amount is €3.50 per day for those over 18 years of age and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid in cash at check-in.

House Rules

The offices are open from 10am and after registering and paying the balance you can immediately use the services such as parking space and bathing establishment included in the price.

The check-in time at the house is set from 3pm to 8pm but can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for check-ins after hours from 8.00 pm onwards.

Check-out is expected by 10:00 am and does not include any services on that day

Our house is very well looked after and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house.

If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or prepaid card is required on which a deposit of €200 for any damages is pre-authorised. If you do not have a card, this amount can be given in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded following the final cleaning after check-out.

Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of €20.00 per night will be requested up to a maximum of €100.00 depending on the relevant extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Only small pets are accepted.

Animals will not be able to access common services such as swimming pool, beach, shuttle, restaurant, etc.
